Peanut Butter and Banana Oatmeal

This recipe is a quick and delicious high protein breakfast.  This is one of my morning staples.

Peanut Butter and Banana Oatmeal

One packet plain instant oatmeal
Water
Unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
1 Ripe Banana
1/4 tsp vanilla (optional)

Prepare the oatmeal according to package instructions (using water to prepare).  Removed from microwave.   Add almond milk to desired consistency.  Add in peanut butter and vanilla.  Stir it up.  Slice banana, add it in, stir it up again.  Enjoy.  Easy peasy.
