*Note I did not add the top layer of noodles to mine. I didn't want to have all the carbohydrates.
1 - 10 oz package whole wheat organic lasagna noodles
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 pound chicken breast
1 -tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 - 24 oz container low fat cottage cheese
1- cup grates Parmesean cheese
1 - cup grated part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 large head broccoli, finely shredded
Cook noodles per package instructions.
Saute chicken breast with olive oil, garlic, pepper, and paprika.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line baking dish with noodles, then part of cheese mixture, broccoli, and chicken. Repeat process again. Finish with noodles on top. Top with additional Parmesean cheese if desired.
Cover loosely with aluminum foil. Bake for approx 40-50 minutes until bubbly.
Cut into 12 servings.
